ハリー・D・ハルトゥーニアン︵Harry D. Harootunian, 1929- ︶は、アメリカの日本研究者、シカゴ大学、ニューヨーク大学名誉教授。
1951年、ウェイン州立大学卒業、53年ミシガン大学で極東研究の修士号取得、58年同大学で歴史学の博士号。シカゴ大学教授を務め、近世日本の国学思想を研究、シカゴ大学における日本ナショナリズム研究の素地を築いた。のちニューヨーク大学教授。
