Add option to loop display of "Hello"

Description

1. Add a looping feature to GNU hello, as it is commonly included in hello world programs, such as the following one that I wrote in BASIC just now:

10 ? "hello world"
20 GOTO 10

2. Add other features found in hello world programs that are absent in GNU hello.

3. Promote the use of GNU hello over proprietary hello world programs, like the one included with Visual C++.

"GNU Generation project" is not in the list (group, individual) of allowed values for the "Is entity" property.
