Port a Free Windows application to a free OS

Description

VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) is a fairly decent Free Software video editor - unfortunatley it requires a non-free OS to run.

There are 2 ways to go about it -- the quick and easy way is to adjust its build system to use WineLib (http://winehq.org/) to handle all the Win32 API calls used, the somewhat harder and quite a bit more time consuming way is to rewrite all Win32 dependent parts to provide a truly native Linux UI.

"GNU Generation project" is not in the list (group, individual) of allowed values for the "Is entity" property.
