Note that this is fixed in the bouyer-xeni386 branch (at last I didn't see
it in the branch). Another issue is that a XEN3_DOM0 kernel doesn't work any
more. It panics when trying to start a domU, I think it's related to
buf handling in xbdback_xenbus.c (a XEN2_DOM0, which uses xbdback.c, doesn't
show this issue).
