I have compiled macbsd with the latest mac & netbsd sources (as of about
6pm yesterday).  Other than the problem of finding my single disk in all
eight scsi slots, I feel it would run, except init is dying.  Does anyone
have any idea why it does?

Configuration:
Mac II, no enhancements except PMMU, 5MB mem, 1 disk @ addr 0, no other
scsi devs, Apple video, no other nubus cards.
