Ok.  Another kernel for y'all with internal video to try.  It's
netbsd.IIvx2 in the same location.  This shouldn't get stuck in
a loop.  I don't know if it'll work, though...

As usual, let me know how it goes, what you see, etc.  I'd also
appreciate it if someone could generate screen shots for the
Slots program displaying slot 0 on a IIvx with "Use Slot Mgr"
selected.
