Note initial addition of p5-Getopt-Long-Descriptive version 0.06 as
devel/p5-Getopt-Long-Descriptive into The NetBSD Packages Collection.
The Perl 5 module Getopt::Long::Descriptive provides a convenient
wrapper for Getopt::Long and program usage output.
