I'm not totally sure, but it seems to be the patch makes
user-destdir support.

The main reason I feel good is that listing of
  nn-6.7.3nb1.tgz
is the same (before and after) except time stamp.


No need to bump PKGREVISION, because if it just adding user-destdir 
installation support,
no changes for installed files.

But, unfortunately, it result in many ${DESTDIR} (i.e. ${WRKDIR}) references
in installed files, so it result in broken package.
