I do not know how things work, though possibly the maintainer should either move wip/frozen-bubble to games/ or just discard games/frozen-bubble. If SDL_Pango patch is not acceptable, may be provide some instructions in games/frozen-bubble build messages to install it manually from wip. ... No? Mayuresh.
