I've put up my latest copies of dosemu (the linux dos emulator package)
& minimal kernel patches for it at:

 README   describes what you need
 dosemu-0.63.1.2.tar.gz source tree for dosemu itself
 netbsd-1.2-diffs.gz gzipped diff file to apply to the 1.2 kernel

Running in an X window doesn't work too well right now due to memory
mapping weirdness (you can't ever exit the process).  Running on the
console works fine.
