If you installed F-PROT Antivirus from pkgsrc, it isn't Linux binary
but NetBSD native and it is statically linked NetBSD 1.6.x (maybe 1.6.2).

No.

You need compat16 package.

AFAIK, F-PROT Antivirus version 6.0.1.0 is NetBSD 2.0's binary.
