I've committed these changes:
 https://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2022/09/10/msg140894.html
 https://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2022/09/10/msg140895.html

During further checks, I noticed xf86LoadSubModule() for "ramdac" module
was added for our local hw cursor changes:
 http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/xsrc/external/mit/xf86-video-wsfb/dist/src/wsfb_driver.c#rev1.2
so I've preserved it in the above change.

Note I've also submitted issues on upstream to reduce diffs
(I'm not sure how can I send merge requests to xorg gitlib):
 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-wsfb/-/issues/1
 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-wsfb/-/issues/2
 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-wsfb/-/issues/3

Thanks,
