Hello everybody!

I've been donated a bunch of used MVME-167 boards. However, they are only
equipped with OS/9 eproms. Can anybody supply me with the BUG-167 images?
I guess they are shipped with every board, so it would be no legal
problem to copy them. Or is it possible to obtain them from Motorola?
Otherwise I see no way to boot the boards into NetBSD.
