there was a discussion about this (series) of sbus serial hardware a
couple of weeks ago on this list.  you might want to check out the
archives on http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-sparc/.  the short story
is that the cards aren't currently supported in netbsd but there are
several people who are trying to make it work.
