it did get some decent testing a while ago, but i haven't yet booted
a new kernel with it now, though i have confirmed it builds.


Update: I reversed applied the p
atch again, getting back to "original  code" and thus compiled a vanilla GENERIC.MP kernel and it boots So I am able to build a working kernel and thus am sure that "your"  patch makes the kernel crash on boot.
