Rust is always a cross compiler so no need the arch just needs to be enabled and you tell it what output you want and thats what you get. You can just compile it on a fast machine the output is supposed to be the same unlike GCC. Now GCC has been adding some rust support dunno about that being a cross compiler or not probably not.
