I know there are several comments that we should implement
more ISO 2022 features, but I've committed changes and then
at least sysinst(8) appearance has been improved.

I had to survey about terminfo, curses, DEC special graphics, and
ISO/IEC 2022 escape sequences to test and implement committed changes,
but much more knowledge is necessary for further improvements.
I hope I (or someone) will be motivated to improve the dirvers
to solve another specific issue in future.
