- rename option `-t trackskew' to `-k trackskew', for consistency with newfs(8)
- add CHANGEVAL() macro, which does the hard work of changing a parameter
- sort options in usage()
- use .ig [ ... ] .. to comment out sections of man pages (instead
of .\" at the start of each line
