Fix from Takeshi Shibagaki (ie9t-sbgk%asahi-net.or.jp@localhost):
(effect of) fixed a bug when it makes install image.
(reason for) We cannot apply to newfs no disklabel device, so must
write temporary disklabel. refer to i386.
