Add constraints to allow for disabling PS/2 mouse powerhooks. As requested
by Chuck Cranor.
To disable powerhooks with the pms and pmsi drivers, respectively:
options PMS_DISABLE_POWERHOOK
options PMSI_DISABLE_POWERHOOK
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r1.13 -r1.14 syssrc/sys/dev/pckbc/psm.c
cvs rdiff -r1.11 -r1.12 syssrc/sys/dev/pckbc/psm_intelli.c
