splitting up pkglint and lintpkgsrc

Hi,

I want to split lintpkgsrc from the pkglint package, since these two programs have almost nothing in common.

Which parts of pkgsrc (and maybe unrelated parts somewhere else) will be affected by this change? I know of the bulk builds, which I will fix myself. Where else is lintpkgsrc used?
