What do you mean here and where is that documented?
It's a pkglint error message, and pkglint's explanation is: "It is generated automatically by pkgsrc after the patch phase."Hmmm, that explanation isn't very useful. I need to improve that a bit. Look for "configure-scripts-override" in mk/configure/gnu-configure.mk.
