Define "Woke", then define "Woman" because you surely don't understand that either. Here is why in two simple examples:
1. The United States does not circulate a penny. We circulate a one cent coin. A penny is not a one cent piece though many assume it is.
2. Trump signed an EO that all government forms must use the sex of a person a conception. At conception, blastocysts are female. Therefore everyone in the US is now female as far as the government is concerned.
During early development the gonads of the fetus remain undifferentiated; that is, all fetal genitalia are the same and are phenotypically female.
A few other facts for those that fail to grasp they are not well suited to make decisions for themselves, let alone others:

The earth is not flat
Shooting a AR-15 at a balloon that is flying at 60,000 feet (11 miles up) is unproductive.
Those that think they are smart typically are not. Those that say they are smart absolute are not.
Rich people typically don't steal from kids dying of cancer. Trump and his children did exactly that.
