Summary: I so glad that my company started this program, it took me a min to start using it but now I check all the time to see who is doing what.
Positive: I think it a great idea to let employee know you appreciate them. I get to see special event in other employee's life.
Negative: There are no cons about this program it a good tool to use to get employees notice.

Summary: I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to GroupMe. It's good for a small company or for smaller groups within a larger company.
Positive: It's fairly easy to navigate and to use. Everything about it is pretty much straight forward. I'd say it's very much user friendly.
Negative: It doesn't seem to allow gifs. Also, the web version doesn't refresh very well.

Summary: My overall experience has been great since day 1. It is a super fun way to incentivize the employees and create your own work community and learn more about each other. 10/10 would recommend!
Positive: It is super easy to use and my company is easily able to set up new rewards and categories. Makes a great incentive for our employees and it has a great selection of gift cards that you can redeem your moto for!
Negative: I have not found anything yet that I do not like with Motivosity.

Positive: - The actual money was a huge motivator for people to use it.

Summary: Motivosity has a great UX, it's easy to provide feedback to those who have made an impact. The software is great for employees and managers, it shares insights on the last time you thanked someone as well as who you haven't thanked in a while. It tallies up the percentage of people you thanked that report to you or those on your direct team. Great recognition software!
Positive: Ability to recognize anyone in the company for the great things they are doing.

Summary: I never used Motivosity before this job. I think this is a good way motivate and encourage coworkers. I never been the one for praise when it comes to my performance, but now, I am all for Moto bucks when it comes for my performance :)
Positive: I enjoy the many features when comes personality traits, shared interest with coworkers. When you work from home, Motivosity is great to show appreciation through the web.

Summary: I really like using Motivosity! It's exciting to receive and to give! I always receive happy emails from others when they receive Motivosity bucks from me, and I know it is a highlight to my day as well.
Positive: Quick and easy to celebrate accomplishments and thank people company wide. It's also wonderful that you can easily cash in your bucks for a great variety of gift cards!
Negative: It would be nice to have an Archive section for myself to see who I recognized, when and why. I don't want to repeat myself or sometimes question if I already sent them something. It takes some digging to find out.

Summary: This is a great tool for businesses to help improve employee recognition and morale! It's a fun way for peers to call out other employees' good work, especially in the current work from home situation.
Positive: Site is easy to use and has a good selection of gift cards! My company has also utilized the highlights feature for company wide challenges, we love having the ability to share pictures in the Motivosity feed.
Negative: I don't understand the leaderboard, I can't tell where the points come from or how one gets more points.

Summary: Very positive. The Motivosity team walked step-by-step throughout the setup process, and, in many ways, the software is very intuitive to use as both an administrator and a user.
Positive: I really like how Motivosity ties company values directly to appreciation. This is, I believe, its strongest feature.
I really like how Motivosity automates things like employee surveys so Leadership can focus on how to improve rather than the mechanics of administering things like employee surveys.
Negative: We struggled a bit with understanding how to set up managers and Leadership with additional Motivisity Bucks that replenish each month.
