1) Get marked Troll for the first time today because I made an MST3K joke that got a few responses and hyucks.
2) Get talked down to by a client who I've already been considering firing, but keep on because my dad still works with me.
3) Watch the markets continue to fall
It's been a heck of a day.
I know i'm supposed to use this space to further the frontiers of science and insight, but I'm just not qualified to do that yet.

This is my first journal entry.
Having read through slashdot, and even posted a few times, it seems difficult not to be slightly intimidated by the sheer volume of intelligence floating through this parts (yes, this parts) of the intarwebules.
It can be helpful, but the ability for others to rapidly digest and pick apart any argument put forth makes one not only think about one's words but also about whether they are helpful.
Ho hum. Back to the financial mines.
