Are you talking philosophically or physically, because AI algorithms have been used to produced far nicer works of art than what many have called art.
Note what I said though "have been used to produce". AI isn't free thinking on its own. As it stands it is a tool. It cannot come up with the idea of Andy Warhol, but a human mind certainly could and thus could direct it to be created.
