Only on ICE that has been converted to EV where they have left the gearbox in. The closet full EV is the Ionic 5N where they use the flappy paddles to simulate ICE gear changes complete with ICE sounds.

In a few years they'll be the same, but for now, EVs still have a ton more electronic junk and Internet integration than "normal" cars.
