I am not clear about what the iteration means. Could you explain more about it? Also, how is it related to epoch?
Thanks.

I understand that some support for IHE IID was added here.
Is there documentation or examples/tests?
Here's some of the documentation:

In augmentation, elastic_transform, it only applies a random transform on one input image array. I would think to be used for training, the image and mask pair should be transform in the same way. However, this single-input-image, single-output-image method makes it very inconvenient. Could we deform a list of images (np.arrays) using the same transformation in this method ? Thanks!

IBSI assigned codes to the features described in the document starting from v7 (https://arxiv.org/abs/1612.07003). Instead of maintaining a separate document with the mapping (as was done in this example), we agreed it makes sense to include this mapping using some kind of predetermined decorator in the documenta

A potentially useful feature for the included CLI (and library) could be converting DICOMs (frames + metadata) into neat tf.Example protocol buffers for downstream use in Tensorflow.
Having a shared vocabulary makes it easier to discuss the library. It also reduces confusion when drafting features and accidentally overloading key words. It would be nice if we could include more formal definitions for:

eventDispatcher - csTools

As suggested on this comment, it would be good to have a function for generating random affine matrix.
