Hey, @eppsilon. Thank you for the issue. Could you please include some screenshots of it happening so we can get a better understanding of where the scrollbars show up, or how you were able to reproduce? |

In trying to reproduce it I've found it's not as easy to trigger as I thought - you may have to drag the corner of the region into the bottom right corner or edges of the screen a few times. Vertical scrollbar: Horizontal scrollbar: |

macOS version:
10.14.6 (18G95)

Other possibly relevant info:
Monitor setup: single rMBP 15" screen, no external monitors
macOS scrollbar appearance setting: "Show Always" (in System Preferences > General)
Steps to reproduce
Current behaviour
As you approach the bottom right corner, horizontal and/or vertical scrollbars appear that block the cursor from reaching it.
Expected behaviour
It should be possible to select up to the edge/corners of the screen.
Workaround
Select a region that does not abut the edge/corners of the screen, then click and drag it into the corner.
