Pause download when disk space getting too low for extraction

This is a feature request.

It would be useful to have a feature where downloads will be paused if the free disk space reaches (current_extracting_archive_size + configurable_number).

If if the option is set to be 1024MB, and a post-process is currently running on an archive set which is 20GB, it's a reasonable assumption that the extraction for this set will require at least 20GB of space, s

I've run into a few problems with non-obvious solutions.

#872 and #1102 don't say anything about containers, but my symptoms were identical.

Basically, container instance needs to be created with --net=host or else one container (sabnzbd) won't be able to access ports exposed by other containers (like 8081 on sickrage).
