when running make rhinojs fails due to a missing cp command

cp rhino/buildGradle/libs/rhino*.jar rhino.jar

       cp [-R [-H | -L | -P]] [-fi | -n] [-apvXc] source_file ... target_directory
make: *** [rhino.jar] Error 64

Issue was resolved by manually copying one of the jars

We must update the documentation with javascript|typescript toggle on the plugins section.

They're a bit outdated with the current codebase, because now is required to pass RootModel to init<>, and the doc isn't showing anything with typescript.
