in absence of #8 travis should at least start the build docker images and ping or alternatively query the configuration to confirm that it boots using https://github.com/volvo-cars/signalbroker-server/blob/master/apps/app_telnet/README.md#show-configuration of grpc-curl or equivalent.

Describe the bug
In the LIN specification the AssignFrameIdRange command directive (9.2.5) is expecting Frame Identifiers for the PID values instead of raw integers.
AssignFrameIdRange {LSM, 0, CEM_Frm1, LSM_Frm1, RSM_Frm2, RSM_Frm1} delay 15 ms;
However using Vector LDF Explorer Pro and it fails to parse it, it only works for integers, so according to that the parser is fine. Likel

在使用七牛云文件上传的方式时,貌似会生成一个 token 用来文件上传,但是这个 token 是有时间限制的，如果过期了在进行上传会出现上传不到七牛云的而数据库中却有文件记录的情况，希望可以更新一个能够自动在 token 过期后重新获取的机制。
