FBW: when creating a new network warn the client that has to connect to a new AP

When creating a new network with FirstBootWizard, the AP name changes and if the user was connected via wireless will wait forever on a "Checking connection" page.

The situation:
I was connected with my laptop to a freshly flashed router, via wireless
I created a new network using the FBW

The problem:
the "Checking connection" page was making me wait forever

Timestamped versions for dev builds

For normal builds, it is helpful to have more specific versions than simply the upcoming version snapshot. 2019.2.MMDD.HHmmSS.0 seems like a reasonable format. It combines the year major and minor open source versions with a timestamp and ending in .0 which follows an internal convention where these are treated specially as development builds.
