As tox.ini still seems to be the ubiquitous for managing local testing for any python project, I would highly appreciate if I can make use of it to run tests.
I would be happy to propose of change for that but I considered better to ask first, as I encountered at least one case were the owner disliked it.

Apparently some .pro files are detected as Prolog, while others are given the IDL label.
The latter is related with the IDL/GDL/PV-WAVE language family.
In the GDL project, all .pro files are IDL source code, while they fall in both categories according to github:

I use Nord everything, vim, vs code, terminal... you name it. I love this theme. I use the tui launcher on my phone and try as I might I am not so good at making it Nordified correctly.
