It might be valuable to implement an integration with Jotform, as we have received feedback from users who would be willing to switch to Zulip if we had that feature available.

It seems like a standard outgoing webhook, with https://www.jotform.com/help/245-how-to-setup-a-webhook-with-jotform providing some introductory information on setting this up.

While hubot-slack has support for reconnecting when the connection to Slack is lost, there is a limit to the number of reconnection attempts. If several reconnection attempts fail, the bot will simply hang without a connection. We should be able to archive (soft delete) conversations if they've been closed for a certain period of time. This will speed up our queries and remove unnecessary data from the UI. Also, since it's a soft-delete, we'll be able to retrieve the data if the user decides they want it back.
