In this week's contributor call, tooltips came up as one of the primary areas of concern where apps had to remove md-tooltip from the app completely due to bugs and odd behavior. We decided to start a project here to group the various tooltip bugs that need to be resolved to ensure that tooltips meet the needs of developers.
