Python
Python is a dynamically typed programming language designed by Guido van Rossum. Much like the programming language Ruby, Python was designed to be easily read by programmers. Because of its large following and many libraries, Python can be implemented and used to do anything from webpages to scientific research.

As discussed in #3926, the following files do not have .py extensions because TensorFlow does not yet support the current Python.
- dynamic_programming/k_means_clustering_tensorflow.py_tf
- machine_learning/lstm/lstm_prediction.py_tf
- neural_network/gan.py_tf
- neural_network/input_data.py_tf

Ansible is a radically simple IT automation platform that makes your applications and systems easier to deploy and maintain. Automate everything from code deployment to network configuration to cloud management, in a language that approaches plain English, using SSH, with no agents to install on remote systems. https://docs.ansible.com.

🐛 Bug
As discussed here, calling kthvalue like torch.kthvalue(a, k, out=(a, indices)) produces a buffer overflow. Natalia suggested disallowing outputs that overlap with the input.
Describe the bug
In grid_to_graph, you expect the vertices to correspond to the implicit order defined by the mask. This is not always the case, due to the occurrence of isolated vertices that are dismissed in the reindexing of the vertices.
Steps/Code to Reproduce
import numpy as np
from sklearn.feature_extraction import grid_to_graph
mask = np.zeros((2, 3)).astCurated list of project-based tutorials

Hello,
I want to show euros values on dashboard. But only the $ format are enable. When i changed the $ symbol to € i obtained an error.
How can I show euros value in a chart ?
I want something like "y_axis_format": "$,.2f" ==> to "y_axis_format": ",.2f€"

Hello everyone, I will explain the current status of manim in this issue.
Now there are three main manim versions, and their differences:

The following files contain flake8 C408 Unnecessary dict call - rewrite as a literal. Good for first time contributors. See #38078 and #38116 for how to fix them. Use flake8 [file_path] to check for each file.

Copied from #7991:
If you look at https://certbot.eff.org/docs/api/certbot.compat.filesystem.html, you'll notice many formatting errors which should be fixed.
That's the bare minimum which I think should be done, but I think we should also see what we can do to avoid these problems from happening in the future. Is there a way we could build the docs in CI and check for these problems?
