The Translation component provides tools to internationalize your application.
Fluent — planning, spec and documentation
JavaScript implementation of Project Fluent
Rust implementation of Project Fluent
Go (Golang) GNU gettext utilities package
i18n & L10n library for Clojure/Script
An automation platform that enables continuous localization.
Internationalization (i18n) for React Native

It seems like the Glossary Import doesn't validate the value of the part_of_speech field, which can be problematic for two reasons:
For example, see the month entry on https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fa/default/glossary/
I see two options here
A JavaScript implementation of gettext, a localization framework.
Localization of the application with ability to change language "on the fly" and support for plural form in any language.
ES2015 template literal tag for i18n and l10n (translation and internationalization)
A cross-platform .NET implementation of the GNU/Gettext library.
Elixir implementation of CLDR/ICU
Hosting for localized versions of Google Play badges in SVG format.
PHP translation and localization made easy!
Provides a very basic HTML multilingual support using JavaScript
Python implementation of Project Fluent
Dynamic pseudo-localization in the browser and nodejs
Add a description, image, and links to the l10n topic page so that developers can more easily learn about it.
To associate your repository with the l10n topic, visit your repo's landing page and select "manage topics."

Edit: Looks like it is currently
newest first for project view
and
oldest first for component view and everything else.
I like 1,2,3, because the game needs all the help it can get.
Very important to keep the immersion. :)
