Add CLI bash completion of APIs and environments. Environments is lower priority.

Additional Context

The operator will need an endpoint to provide the list of APIs. Which env to use? Pull it from the still-being-typed command (e.g. if --env aws is typed already)?

I currently have a an API mapping key in the form of common-rest-api. Using the API mapping CDK construct to create a mapping like this results in an error message: An ApiMapping key may contain only letters, numbers and one of $-_.+!*'()
