What steps will reproduce the bug?

I am reading specific lengths of data off the readable queue. I check the readableLength to determine how much data I can read.
However, there are occasions when the readable event triggers but the readableLength is returned as zero.

A caveat is that environment variables are cached and users should open and validate "Edit environment variables for your account" dialog to force a cache refresh (or simply reboot their workstation).

It may be a specific request but since there is a zip file handler for Android, doesn't hurt to ask for a desktop (maybe multiple backends?) implementation.

I would like to try that in the future but if anyone has time before feel free to do it.
