Current implementation of Go binding can not specify options.

GPUOptions struct is in internal package. And go generate doesn't work for protobuf directory. So we can't specify GPUOptions for NewSession.

What happened + What you expected to happen

When calling an asynchronus map function (map, starmap) on a Pool from ray.util.multiprocessing, the callback is, in contrast to python.multiprocessing.Poo.map_asyn(), not called once

It is recommended to change the built-in NBA data set to basketballPlayer.
Because a user might import an NBA data set and then use the sample command that only works in basketballPlayer.

Here is what I've noticed:

Looks like all the messages passed to throwBufferParseException are hardcoded and should be converted to error codes (camel case) and passed to createOdspNetworkError as the fluidErrorCode. Or, we could decide it's better to keep all these under one error code and leave it as-is, and close this.
