I would like to be able to use relative paths in the launcher settings file to point to x32dbg.exe and x64dbg.exe respectively. I've already tried editing the file manually and assuming my implementation (.\/\//) isn't wrong, the launcher seemingly refuses the use of relative paths.

We need a CI job that runs mypy on every PR and reports type errors in Python code.

Currently type annotations in our Python scripts are not checked at all. This is because the interpreter does not enforce them and an external tool is needed. mypy is currently the most popular one (though there are some others and we could use one of

There is constexpr, consteval but constinit is not described.

Whilst investigating #16877 I noticed that the TrackElementDescriptor::Price is incorrect. Its a price modifier not an actual price its used to work out the price using the following calc (RideTrackPrice * TED::Price) / 65536.

Therefore the units of TrackElementDescriptor::Price should be changed to uint32_t and the name changed to PriceModifier and a comment added stating that it shou
