Issue description

When hour is negative in the datetime string, Time.get_unix_time_from_datetime_string() produces incorrect error message.

Anytime I open up the options for a plugin the okey button (I think that's what it's called but I can't see it) is half cut off

Guess what, 5 is not friday. It's thursday. It makes some sense after i dug deeper, but as a programmer, i assumed monday could be 0 or 1, therefore thursday should be 3 or 4. Monday is 2! Because sunday is 1!
