To Reproduce

3. Observe connect is disabled
4. Remove parameter, quickly undo it and click connect (also a bug)
5. Send { "type": "ris_subscribe" } to the remote server
6. Observe you receive

Currently, when pushing a tag to this git repository, this CI is triggered, publishing a docker image with the name of the tag (and latest if it's a GitHub release).
It means if the v0.27.0 tag is pushed, the v0.27.0 docker image will be available.

I believe the comparison operator used in the IsBroken method is wrong because the rule is checking that meeting attendees limit must be greater than guests limit.
