Hoisin sauce (海鮮醬) is a famous Asian dipping sauce for dishes including Peking Duck and spring rolls. It is similar to the sweet noodle sauce (甜麵醬) but has the added ingredients of garlic, vinegar, and chiles. Additionally, it tastes less pungent than the sweet noodle sauce.
