Swiss Wing (瑞士雞翼) is a kind of Cantonese food. Chicken wings are treated with soya sauce, sugar and Chinese wine and spicies. Although it named Swiss, it is nothing about Switzerland but indigenous Chinese food. Its name came from a story a hundred year ago in the city of Canton. A waiter who spoken English poorly worked in a restaurant. When a westerner came across with sweeten soya sauce chicken wing in the restaurant, the waiter introduced it as Sweet Wing with his poor English, but the westerner misinterpreted sweetasSwiss. The name was used even since.
