Although it named Swiss, it is nothing about Switzerland but indigenous Chinese food. Its name came from a story a hundred year ago in the city of Canton. When a westerner came across with sweeten soya sauce chicken wing in the restaurant, the waiter introduced it as Sweet Wing with his poor English, but the westerner misinterpreted sweetasSwiss.
