This template needs to be created so that all of the CCSDS materials can be navigated to via a common interface at the bottom of each page.

Notes

JPEG is only used by Cassini at this time for lossless compression according to http://www.ciclops.org/sci/docs/CassiniImagingScience.pdf
There is imprecise information about Cassini specifically using Adaptive coding, however if Adaptive coding uses the Huffman compression scheme in any way then it clearly does.
The Mars Rovers use ICER, and there are several good image compression research papers written about ICER for this reason. No other missions currently active use ICER.
