Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, also known as Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega39's (初音ミク Project DIVA MEGA39's) in Japan is a rhythm action game developed by Sega AM2 apart of the Project DIVA series of games. It was released in Japan exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on February 13, 2020[1], and globally on May 15, 2020. It was portedtoMicrosoft WindowsasHatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix+ via the video game digital distribution service Steam on May 26, 2022 with additional content.[2] Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix is the first Project DIVA game to be released on PC.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix was announced during Magical Mirai 2019, a series of virtual concerts and exhibitions surrounding Hatsune Miku and other vocal synths.[3]
In handheld or tabletop mode, players can use touch controls by tapping the 4 icons located on the bottom of the display.[4]
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix contains 251 songs, 149 of which are unlockable by DLC. The main theme is Catch the Wave by kz(livetune), played in the opening sequence and also available as a playable level.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix+ features 251 songs, 72 of which are DLC.
