::I agree that the weird little edits reduce quality but I think you’ll have a hard time convicting as of now. Patience is needed until a firm casus belli arises. Unfortunately, that editor did, over a 1+ year period, completely transform the article that existed before his appearance on scene, and his edits were both small and large.
