The 13147 / 13148 Uttar Banga Express is a daily non-superfast train that runs between Sealdah & Bamanhat via Dakshineswar, Barddhaman, Bolpur, Rampurhat , Malda Town, New Jalpaiguri, Jalpaiguri Road railway station, Falakata, New Cooch Behar & Dinhata. It is now hauled by a Sealdah-based WAP-7 electric locomotive from Sealdah up to New Cooch Behar after which a Siliguri-based WDP-4 / WDP-4B / WDP-4D diesel locomotive takes the train towards Bamanhat and vice versa.
